Edmund is regularly on site and always a phone call or email away. He’s the leader of every project from early imaginings to the last tick on the punch list. He handles the co-op board while clients pick out paint colors and acts as estimator, project manager, accountant, and attending adult, too. He ensures all the moving parts work in concert with one another. And for large-scale jobs–whether those moving parts mean a house’s literal bricks magically morphing into sleek glass doors, or the roof itself levitating up and away for a whole new floor–no detail is overlooked. Connecting the dots ensures smooth operation and good communication. And we like a job that runs smoothly. We also know it’s more fun that way.
