Project Description
The deck is constructed the full width of the brownstone by eight feet deep, off the parlor floor. The metalwork is custom designed. The wood used for the deck floor and the top of the railing is Ipe. A spiral staircase leads to the garden below. There is an irrigation system, with timer, for all deck plants and garden trees.
