Project Description
In addition to the roof and floors, the interior staircase and all wood details had either rotted or been removed. As the owners played an active role in the renovation, together we salvaged fine wood doors, antique mantles and marble bathroom fixtures. 2" thick granite slabs were recovered from the courtyard of the Frick Museum and installed as the kitchen floor, complete with under floor heating.
